Please feel free to contact our Alumnae Chapter with any questions or interests you may have. Below is a brief outline of each officer and her responsibilities to assist you in determining who you should contact.

President: Nancy MacKenzie- As President, it will be my responsibility to serve as part of the Executive Board, plan and preside at all meetings of the chapter and E-board. To correspond with all chairman and planning committees. It is with great enthusisam and excitement that I will prepare the annual report for HeadQuarters to share all that we will attempt to accomplish in the up coming year and all of the successes that we will achieve. The membership can rest assured that an agenda will be sent via e-mail at least two weeks in advance so that there will be ample time for all suggestions and input. I really look forward to moving our chapter to be a CROWN AWARD chapter and with all our chapter sisters working together, I know we will reach that goal.

Vice-President: Shawnette Markey- My main duty includes creating the yearly chapter calendar of events, which ensures our connection to our aims, values, & exemplars. Our Crown Alum Chapter is something I believe in with all my heart and soul.

Secretary: Shawnette Markey - Hello! My name is Shawnette Markey and I am currently the Secretary for the Mid-MI Crown Alumnae Chapter! I keep minutes at each chapter meeting and make sure the membership roster is up-to-date. I also am in charge of the chapter e-mail account, in which I use to pass along important information to our members. The e-mail account is crownalums@yahoo.com, please contact our chapter anytime! Personally: I am married to my husband, Kevin, we have 2 daughters Zoey & Libby and own an e-commerce business. I also substitute teach and love to be with friends and family!

Treasurer: Jennifer Bartels-Pahl - Welcome to the Mid-Michigan Alum Chapter! As treasurer, I get to do all the fun stuff like keeping financial records, collecting all the dues (don’t worry… they’re very minimal – only $35.00 a year!), and help with fund-raising projects for the chapter. I also have the responsibility of speaking with those ladies who are interested in joining our Alumnae Chapter. Personally: My husband Josh and I live in Saginaw and I currently work for Saginaw Valley State University. Feel free to email me at any time at jkpahl@svsu.edu.

Editor: Nancy MacKenzie- I am responsible for timely submissions to our national magazine, Phoenix. Also, to send out 4 fun and informative newsletters per year to our members, collegiate chapters and prospective members. If you have any exciting news, please send it to me at nauntnancy@hotmail.com.

Asst. Editor: Renee Resutek - As Assistant Editior, I will be helping the editor write articles and help her in any way I can. I am a hard-working dedicated ASA woman who likes to make a difference.

Chaplain: Shawnette Markey- I assist the chapter with planning all rituals and teaching members how to bring the ritual into their lives on a more personal level. I have a husband Kevin, daughter Zoey and am expecting #2 in March '07. I also serve as the Ritual Advisor for Delta Sigma chapter.

Historian: Trisha Stantz - My duties as historian allow me to take photos of my sisters doing all types of fun activities and then compiling them into our chapter scrapbook.
